Born in Galveston in 1964, Greg Giacona grew up with parents who both loved music passionately and he has been playing piano since he was 5. He caught the jazz bug in middle school and, after enjoying rock’n’roll and r&b in high school, returned to his love of jazz after an introduction to the great Bill Evans. With a deeper sense of harmony and complex rhythms Greg began writing his own compositions and recently released his second cd. As a great student of music, Greg is a great player of music of all types. Not sure if this is the right band for you? With just a few pieces of information, we will send you a free, curated list of entertainment options for your event.
